Keeping our Clients safe during uncertain times

Aviation services in Nigeria have started to return to normal following the resumption of domestic flights in July and international flights in September.

At this time, the international airports in Nigeria have only re-opened to certain airlines. The list of approved airlines includes Delta Airlines from the USA, British Airways and Virgin Atlantic from Europe, Emirates Airlines and Qatar Airways from the Middle East, and certain African airlines, such as Ethiopian Airlines and Kenya Airways.

The Nigerian airspace was closed for several months, so it is really good news for the Nigerian economy that international and domestic air travel is now permitted again. With the additional safety protocols in place for domestic and international flights, the Nigerian Government has successfully ensured that the re-opening of airports has passed relatively smoothly and has had little impact on the number of daily Covid-19 cases.

At Mantra Protection Solutions Limited, we understand that travelling during such uncertain times can be a daunting prospect, so we have ensured that our Journey Management and Armed Escort Programs have been completely reviewed to enable us to deliver an increased level of safety and security for our Clients.

Our increased safety measures include:

  • Providing hand sanitiser in all of our vehicles

  • Placing air purifiers in all Client vehicles

  • Completing a thorough deep clean in between Client movements

  • Ensuring that only one Client is moved in each of our vehicles at a time

  • Ensuring that all of our employees have access to hand washing facilities

  • Ensuring that all of our employees are wearing Personal Protective Equipment, such as masks, at all times

We believe that with these new safety measures in place, our Clients can rest assured that they will be transported safely to their onward destination. We can also offer a bespoke ‘meet and greet’ service from within the airport to provide our VIP Clients with an even greater level of personal safety and security, by ensuring minimal social contact for our Clients as they progress through the airport.

Despite the fact that we have put increased safety protocols in place, our commercial rates remain competitive, which means that we are able to offer our Clients excellent value for money whilst still delivering outstanding customer service at the same time.
